## Job description

### 重要職責/工作內容
- 辦理國外不動產投資評估，包含可行性分析、財務模型建置及投資與不動產配置策略擬定等
- 分析國外不動產市場供需，蒐集交易案例及市場資訊
- 辦理國外不動產交易盡職調查，協調律師、會計師、估價師及顧問，辨識投資風險與潛在問題等
- 執行交易作業，協調交易文件及交割流程

### 其他主管交辦事項 Microsoft作業軟體 Word、Excel、Powerpoint 加分條件
- 具備保險業投資管理、不動產投資與資產管理，或顧問公司相關經驗
