## Job description

### 職位目的

維運本行績效管理系統，研擬績效數據管理系統化與自動化轉化規劃，協助績效議題分析，統籌與協調部門資訊專案順利推動。

### 重要職責/工作內容
- 運用資料庫SQL產製每月績效數據與相關報表。
- 發掘可導入系統化及自動化作業項目，協同IT單位轉換落地執行方案。
- 管理部門資訊專案，規劃專案工作項與執行推進。
- 良好的SQL能力。
- 具備資訊專案、數位轉型專案規劃與落地執行經驗。
- 具備金融業或金融科技相關產業經驗。
- 具備跨單位溝通能力、協調團隊分工合作。
