## Job description
- 協助部門職業安全衛生、行政管理、總務庶務、員工健康促進及職場不法等業務之推動與規劃。
- 督導所轄科別之業務執行進度，協調跨科資源整合及重大事項推動。
- 規劃及追蹤部門年度計畫、KPI及預算執行情形。
- 督導職安法令遵循、風險管理、內部控制及稽核改善事項。
- 推動行政管理流程優化、數位轉型及AI工具應用。
- 培育部門人才，建立組織接班及知識傳承機制。
- 協助處理重大專案、跨部門協調事項及高階主管交辦業務。 Microsoft Office
