- 協助公司業務推動各項績效目標與理念政策。
- 溝通協調處理工作上相關事務以達成主管所交付之任務。
- 籌辦外勤同仁訓練、激勵、專案或在職進修…等相關課程與活動。
- 主動積極與他人互動合作，追求團隊和諧。
- 活動主持與通訊處早會宣導。
- 熟悉電腦文書作業、影音編輯企劃。
- 人身、產險保險業務員資格測驗及共同科目測驗。
- 保險相關工作經驗者尤佳。
