## Job description

### 職位目的

負責本行潛力客群經營策略規劃與推動，透過客群洞察、數據分析及跨通路行銷整合，設計並執行精準客群經營方案，提升客戶投保實動數及財富管理業務收益，驅動業務持續成長。

### 客群經營與行銷規劃
- 潛力客群經營策略規劃與執行，設計跨通路行銷及投保跨售活動，提升客戶投保實動數與財管業務成效。

### 客群洞察與數據分析
- 運用客群分析、行為分析及MIS數據，發掘業務機會，制定精準經營策略並追蹤執行成果。

### 跨部門專案推動
- 與產品、通路及數據團隊協作，規劃潛力客群經營方案與推廣策略。

### 推動創新客群經營模式
- 透過線上結合線下（Online-to-Offline, O2O）創新客群經營模式，優化客戶體驗與業務績效。
- 具銀行、保險、財富管理、CRM、會員經營或數位行銷相關工作經驗。
- 熟悉客群分析、數據分析與行銷活動規劃執行。
- 具跨部門專案推動與溝通協調能力。
- 具備客戶數據分析與解讀能力、簡報製作能力。
- 熟悉 Excel、Power BI、SAS、SQL 或其他數據分析工具者佳。
- 具金融業財管產品、保險商品或客戶經營經驗者尤佳。
- 對客戶經營/專案推動有熱忱，善於溝通、具良好抗壓性、獨立作業與邏輯思考能力。
