## Job description

### 職位目的

發展與推動AI技術實際應用於銀行個人金融業務中，擔任業務單位與AI技術團隊間之溝通橋樑，整合需求與優化既有應用以加速客戶服務價值提升。

### 重要職責/工作內容
- 個人金融業務流程痛點與需求之盤點與分析，發掘可導入AI的應用場景，提出具體規劃方案。
- 協同IT單位與系統廠商，轉換業務需求為可執行的專案規格，並將專案執行、驗證、成效追蹤與精進。
- 跨單位需求管理與資源整合，擴大既有 AI 應用成效，並協助新應用場景落地。

### 具一定技術理解力
- 如人工智慧模型或資料科學知識、基礎程式或資料處理能力，
- 具AI、數據分析、流程自動化(如RPA)或優化prompt等新技術有實務經驗。

### 具一定專案管理能力
- 參與銀行個人金融如房信貸、信用卡、理財及數金等業務新功能或新服務上線規劃與落地，能在多方合作中推動專案。
- 良好的跨部門溝通與協調能力，對智能化轉型有高度興趣。
