## Job description

### 職位目的

維運本行績效管理系統與每月營運績效報表自動化，進行全行績效議題分析，優化績效數據資料產出效率。

### 重要職責/工作內容
- 運用系統自動化彙整每月績效數據與相關報表提升作業效率。
- 推動單位內AI工具運用及專案管理溝通協調。
- 維運及優化績效管理系統，提升資料處理效率與績效分析能力。
- 熟悉資料處理與分析工具(Python、T-SQL、Power BI)，具備實務經驗。
- 具良好邏輯分析能力，能獨立進行資料拆解、問題診斷與解決方案規劃。
- 對銀行營運數據分析具高度興趣，能結合業務邏輯進行數據應用與洞察。
- 個性主動積極，具備學習敏捷度，運用AI工具優化工作流程與創新挑戰。
