## Job description
- 規劃並督導固定收益相關投資策略之評估與執行（如公債、結構式商品）。
- 負責債權類投資標的之整體配置與投資管理，包含績效與風險控管。
- 進行總體經濟研究分析與金融市場動態觀察，作為投資決策參考。
- 投資部位管理，執行投資後追蹤與定期檢視，參與投資計畫、預算及損益規劃等相關決策。
- 具管理人員經驗，並有培訓人員投資交易與總經分析之經驗。
- 配合內控制度與法令規範，確保投資作業合規運作。
- 具金融市場與利率環境之敏感度，能掌握市場趨勢並進行投資判斷。
- 具主動積極態度與良好責任感，能獨立執行投資決策並承擔管理職責且擁有良好的溝通能力。
- 熟悉固定收益投資及壽險業投資架構與相關法規，具金融投資相關專業背景，並具產壽險或銀行業及投信投資經驗與相關金融專業證照者尤佳。
