## Job description

### 協助境內外債券發行專案業務
- (1)相關交易文件及合約處理及檢視 (2)配合專案分工與委外團隊相關討論等 (3)協助專案進度處理
- 與金融機構往來相關業務
- 其他財務專案業務 1.熟悉Excel、Word 等辦公相關作業系統或軟體操作，並能依工作需求快速學習新工具 2.具專案管理、金融機構及資本市場分析或交易等經歷尤佳
