- 從案件受理到歸檔整體流程規劃與設計，進行保單行政作業流程優化，提供客戶更優質的服務。
- 運用創新思維與科技，規劃、設計整體服務流程，以保單行政作業角度實現專案目標，提供保戶創新服務體驗。
- 因應法令、新商品等作業之需，規劃與制定保單行政相關作業之行政規則、表單與流程設計。
- 管理指標設計、規則制度規劃、數據分析等。
