## Job description

### 職位目的

負責數位客群經營，制訂經營策略，要能與產品、平台團隊密切溝通合作，持續提升數位平台服務的成長與使用者體驗，以客戶為中心打造各項數位服務，極大化數位客群經營效益。

### 重要職責/工作內容

1.依據團隊發展目標，規劃數位服務策略，發展數位客群經營專案，以達成客群經營及產品經營指標。 2.透過數據分析目標客群的操作情境和輪廓，發掘本行業務商機或流程痛點，優化平台設計或調整產品策略，打造符合目標客群所需之產品/服務。 4.能夠蒐集並掌握市場變動，快速反應修正目標與調整產品策略。 5.與各單位跨部門協調、溝通、合作，共同開展相關商業合作、數位金融服務、系統優化等相關業務。
- 邏輯清晰、表達能力佳、文筆流暢、具簡報能力，有資料分析數據解讀能力者佳。
- 消金產品(房貸、信貸)有一定知識涉略，能提出創新想法及論述，具數位行銷或消金業務(包含信貸與房貸)經驗者尤佳。
- 具客戶導向思維並具創意發想提案能力，可獨立作業、規劃執行數位行銷企劃案及分析活動客戶效益。
- 熟稔Office之Word、Excel、Power Point文書作業軟體，具影音編輯能力尤佳。
