## Job description

### 工作內容
- 負責銀行系統需求分析及測試規劃。
- 撰寫測試案例並執行各項測試作業。
- 進行問題追蹤、缺陷分析及品質控管。
- 參與重大專案、數位金融及核心系統測試。
- 協助推動測試自動化、AI測試應用及測試流程優化。
- 參與國際測試成熟度標準(TMMi)導入與推展。

### 資格條件
- 具銀行業務、資訊系統、測試品保或業務分析相關經驗。
- 熟悉銀行核心系統、數位通路或金融商品作業流程者佳。
- 具邏輯分析能力、良好溝通協調能力及學習意願。
- 具自動化測試、AI應用、RPA或數位工具經驗者尤佳。

### 具以下證照或經驗者尤佳
- ISTQB(International Software Testing Qualifications Board)軟體測試工程師相關證照。
- CBAP、CCBA等商業分析(BA)相關證照。
- PMP、CAPM等專案管理相關證照。
- Scrum、Agile等敏捷開發相關證照。
