## Job description

*Role: Junior Sales Trader – International Equities We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Sales Trader to join our International Equities team. This is an entry-level opportunity for a candidate with a strong interest in global equity markets and a desire to build a career in institutional sales and trading. *Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior sales traders in servicing institutional clients across global equity markets
- Monitor market developments, with a focus on technology and AI-related sectors
- Assist in trade execution, client communication, and idea generation
- Prepare market updates, investment themes, and trading insights
- Maintain strong coordination with research, trading, and sales teams *Requirements:
- Native English speaker with excellent communication skills, spoken and written
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Strong interest in equity markets, particularly technology and AI companies
- Basic understanding of AI concepts, industry trends, and key public companies
- Highly disciplined, detail-oriented, and willing to take instruction and learn quickly
- Strong work ethic with willingness to start early and align with global market hours *Personal Attributes:
- Dedicated, reliable, and team-oriented
- Strong intellectual curiosity and proactive mindset
