## Job description

### 重要職責/工作內容
- 業務相關活動企劃、主持及執行
- 公司各項政令宣導、執行推動
- 協助公司業務推動各項績效目標與理念政策
- 溝通協助處理工作上相關事務以達成主管所交付之任務
- 籌辦外勤同仁訓練、激勵、專案或在職進修等相關課程與活動
- 具備良好中文口語及文字表達能力
- 熟悉Office 軟體(Excel、Word、Power Point)操作
- 具人身保險業務員資格證照
- 良好溝通協調能力、親切開朗、樂於與人互動、具文宣美編能力
