## Job description
- 探索各式AI新技術的應用場景，打造高效解決方案，應用數據專長助力業績成長，發揮數據影響力。
- 訪談需求單位，配合業務目標，應用AI智能模型與數據技術規劃落地於金融場景之方案。
- 透過數據分析，提供有價值的洞察和建議，以協助業務推展。
- 負責模型上線後模型效度與應用成效追蹤，並持續上線後模型的優化迭代

### AI智能模型開發維護，如
- 推薦引擎、精準行銷、個人化銷售與服務。 1.

### 電腦技能

熟悉資料庫SQL，扎實數據處理和分析能力，熟Python語言，視覺化工具(如:Tableau)。 2.

### 其他條件

具跨部門溝通與獨立解決問題能力，熟悉金融產品與客戶行為分析者佳，有相關工作經驗5年以上，具領導能力者佳。
