## Job description
- 辦理公司公文與文件之收發、建檔、歸檔及管理作業。
- 執行職業安全衛生相關業務，包含職安巡檢、缺失改善追蹤及相關資料整理。
- 負責職場清潔與環境維護之管理作業。
- 辦理職場裝修工程及設施維修相關事宜，包含需求彙整、廠商聯繫、進度控管及驗收作業。
- 執行職場租賃相關管理作業及行政聯繫事項。
- 協助辦理員工健康促進相關活動及行政支援作業。
- 辦理一般行政作業及主管交辦之職業安全衛生與總務相關事項。
- 配合業務執行情形，進行相關作業流程之簡化與優化，以提升整體工作效率。 【其他條件】: 1.熟悉基本電腦操作（Word、Excel、Outlook 等）。 2.具備主動積極、溝通協調能力及團隊合作精神。 【加分條件】:
- 具備表單製作、資料整理與統計能力。
- 具備公司內部系統或行政工具(Copilot、Power BI、RPA等)。
- 具備乙級職業安全衛生管理員、急救人員、防火管理人證照。
- 具備總務、職安相關工作經驗。
