## Job description

1.

### 防制洗錢

協助管理洗錢防制系統之運作、規劃各項洗錢相關作業(含制修防制洗錢及打擊資恐政策、注意事項與相關辦法)、辦理洗錢防制及打擊資恐教育訓練，以及其他主管交辦專案。 2.

### 法遵法務

辦理法遵制度作業、回覆業務適法性諮詢、審閱內部規章及廣告文宣、契約審閱、司法文書回覆、金融評議案件處理、強制執行案件處理。 具備證券商業務員、期貨商業務員、金融市場常識與職業道德證照尤佳
