## Job description

### 重要職責/工作內容
- 協助經理人建立/維護/優化自動化投組管理系統
- 協助經理人建立/維護/優化績效視覺化界面與相關報表產出
- 協助研究員進行專題研究與相關模型建立
- 協助經理人進行投組績效分析

### 英文
- 多益850分以上，具基本閱讀能力、能理解投資報表相關文件 工作技能：
- 具有Excel、Power BI、Bloomberg操作經驗1~3年
- 基本資料彙整與報表製作能力

### 主動性高、邏輯佳、細心、具良好溝通與團隊合作能力 人格特質
- 積極主動，能在完成相關作業的同時，理解流程設計背後的目的與邏輯，並於熟悉工作內容後，主動思考提升團隊效率或優化作業方式的可能性
- 樂於與團隊合作及共同成長，能接受從基礎工作累積專業

### 樂於自我探索及學習，並分享以及討論研究/分析心得 加分項目
- 具有建立投組管理系統或系統開發相關實務經驗 (提供過往個人作品集或是提案)
- 曾接觸不動產、REIT或金融業投資分析相關工作或實習經驗
- 通過CFA Level 1
- MOS Excel Expert與PL-300認證
