## Job description

### 職位目的

規劃信用卡/貸款的數位平台服務(包含：行動銀行、網路銀行、申辦平台)與LINE官方帳號功能服務，打造用戶的絕佳體驗。

### 重要職責/工作內容
- 負責信用卡/貸款的數位平台服務(包含：行動銀行、網路銀行、線上申辦平台)與LINE官方帳號功能服務之用戶旅程與功能規劃、需求規格書撰寫、測試、專案協作與管理、日常管理。
- 蒐集使用者回饋、調查使用者體驗、分析用戶數位軌跡與行為數據、調查同業及透過跨單位協作，精進用戶數位體驗與服務流程、提升服務滿意度與成效。
- 研究及分析數位趨勢、金融科技、國內外同業，規劃數位平台發展方向及推展新數位服務。
- 具備3年以上之數位金融經驗，對信用卡/貸款產品及法規有一定程度理解者佳。
- 具備數位平台功能服務規劃、需求規格撰寫及測試經驗，有獨立提案、專案管理、跨單位協作(含業務單位與資訊單位)、跨系統串接經驗者佳。
- 具備邏輯思考、數據資料分析解讀、獨立作業、管理進度、簡報製作與報告能力。
- 喜歡吸收分享新知與團隊合作，對於數位平台經營和推廣有熱忱。
- 積極負責、善於溝通協調、勇於接受挑戰、抗壓性強。
- 具備PMP、SQL、UI/UX、Google Analytics、Celebrus、Tableau
