### 加分條件
- 具備_人身/財產保險員資格及壽險相關證照者。
- 取得「人壽保險管理學會」之理賠人員證照者。
- 具備學習及工作熱誠、良好溝通能力。
- 具備潛力與企圖心、職涯目標希望擔任管理職者。
- 具備壽險理賠實務經驗或理賠人員資格。
