- 房貸業務人員法令遵循宣導及教育訓練。
- 房貸業務人員代客申請及異常金流報表查核。
- 房貸業務人員自行查核、風險與控制自評(RCSA)及內部控制自評(CSA)作業。
- 內/外部稽核窗口、作業風險通報及違失案件調查。 熟悉房貸業務，曾擔任內控與查核相關工作者尤佳
