## Job description

### 職位目的

主要負責監督衍生性商品、信用交易、開戶及交割等結算作業，確保交易資料精確、法規遵循及系統優化 重要職責/工作內容： 結算與交割監督： 負責衍生性商品（如選擇權、資產交換、結構型商品）及台外幣交易的每日結算、帳務管理。

### 作業管理與風險控管

管理開戶、集中保管及信用交易資料的正確性與安全性。

### 法規遵循

負責製作及申報內部與主管機關（金管會、交易所等）的各類法定報表。

### 流程優化

推動後台作業流程的數位化與精進，協助交易系統的測試與升級。

### 跨部門溝通

配合交易員及前台業務，優化交易流程，處理主管交辦事項 1.

### 擅長工具

WORD、EXCEL 2.

### 證照

財管/投信投顧、證券商業務員、證券商高級業務員、期貨商業務員、金融市場常識與職業道德
