## Job description

### 職位目的

負責聯名信用卡產品經營，制訂策略，控制產品損益，客群分析，推動行銷活動與成效追蹤，規劃客戶ETE的消費體驗旅程。

### 重要職責/工作內容
- 依據團隊發展目標，發展聯名卡產品專案，以達成產品/客群經營指標 。
- 以客群經營為角度制定獲利模式，並依其訂定年度產品策略與經營方式。
- 透過數據了解與分析目標客群輪廓，發掘本行業務商機或流程痛點，打造符合目標客群所需之服務。
- 能夠蒐集並掌握市場變動，快速反應修正目標與調整產品策略。
- 與行內各單位跨部門協調、溝通、合作，共同開展相關商業合作、數位金融服務、系統優化等相關業務。
- 獨立完成專案需求擬定、掌握開發進度並於上線後追蹤服務的量化、質化成效分析。
- 既有聯名團體關係維繫與新聯名卡產品開發。
- 信用卡產品經營或行銷企劃經驗3年以上。
- 熟悉台灣信用卡/支付產品及市場。
- 具外部異業洽談能力。
- 具內部跨部門溝通能力。
- 具基礎數據分析能力及數字敏銳性。
