## Job description
- 執行離職/資遣/退休/留停及組織人員異動等相關作業和管理。
- 制(修)定及維護人資相關作業規章與SOP、人資相關報表、人員在離職證明。
- 因應外法內規辦理相關規章制修訂及優化內部作業流程。
- 金融保險業相關內稽內控作業。
- 其他指派任務或人資專案參與。
- 細心，具同理心、良好溝通力、執行力及抗壓力。
- 擅長Excel作業、熟稔勞動法令或金融法規。
- 對人資行政作業管理有興趣者。
