## Job description

富邦產險於大陸、越南、馬來西亞、菲律賓及印尼等地皆設有營運據點，誠徵對於海外市場開發及公司營運有興趣，且具備產險企業商品核保/銷售經驗的有志之士，加入富邦產險一同開拓海外市場。

一、持續拜訪客戶，結合總部資源提供客戶保險服務與諮詢，維繫客戶關係

二、掌握當地產業動態，開發潛在市場及新客戶，持續發掘保險商機，以達成分支據點的銷售及獲利目標。

三、協助總部收集及分析當地市場資訊，並依據當地市場現況發展業務策略。

四、帶領當地團隊健全公司管理機制，落實公司治理管控營運風險。

五、良好的溝通協調能力、自律性高、獨立工作能力。

六、其他主管交辦事項。 上述工作仍依據派駐地之需求而定，歡迎有企圖心、具學習能力、認真當責的保險業務管理人才加入我們的行列。 【如具備特定經驗或條件者，薪資不限刊登範圍】
- 基本Office文書軟體操作及應用。
- 具備或願意學習東南亞語言能力者尤佳。
- 具服務熱忱及溝通能力。
- 高自律性及獨立工作能力。
- 能彈性應變，即時找資源解決問題。
- 具有金融市場常識與職業道德、產險及壽險相關證照者尤佳。
