- 房貸及有擔產品之授信規範與流程制定及增修訂
- 不動產估價與分級分區辦法維護
- 貸後管理機制之制定及增修訂
- 配合風險政策、規範調整，提出系統優化需求 1.5年以上經驗，其中銀行個人金融相關經驗3年以上。 2.電腦技能:MS-office 3.銀行內部控制與內部稽核證照及初階授信證照尤佳 4.溝通及表達能力佳，具簡報技巧
