## Job description

### 職位目的

協助財管業務策略規劃與推動。

### 重要職責/工作內容
- 善用數據洞察與業務敏銳度，規劃前瞻性的財管業務發展方向，並制定業務制度與轉型策略。
- 規劃並執行業務推廣活動，設計強化業務人員專業力與銷售力的培訓課 程，並導入各項展業賦能工具，提升整體業務效能。
- 依高階目標擬訂執行計畫，持續追蹤進度、檢視品質與效益，並提出後續行動方案，確保財管業務策略確實落地與持續優化。
- 個性正向積極，邏輯思考及溝通能力佳、具團隊合作精神。
- 對客群經營具有高度熱情，具備以客戶為中心的思維與解決問題的態度。
- 具數據分析及提案企劃能力，擅於透過數據發掘問題，提出解方並執行。
