## Job description

### 職位目的

為掌握銀行子公司績效數字與策略連結性，並藉優質同業分析提出多元觀點供參考，以落實績效管理之效及發揮金控outside in功能。

### 重要職責/工作內容

檢視銀行子公司年度預算及定期進行績效追蹤，適時回饋提出績效表現提醒；並研究海內外優質同業，掌握其動態並分析與子公司間之差異，歸納出值得借鏡處並提出建議，作為銀行經營之參考。
