## Job description

### 職位目的

重要職責/工作內容：
- 廣告專案執行、數據分析、成效追蹤與優化。
- 數位平台管理及維運。
- 內部跨部門溝通與外部廣告代理商維運。
- 名單管理、成本控制及預算規劃。
- 廣告投放策略及數位內容規劃。
- 具Google ads、Google analytics證照。
- 對數位媒體趨勢敏感，樂於學習新工具與廣告技術。
- 熟悉數位媒體廣告投放流程與廣告平台操作，具相關經驗佳。
- 具備數據分析能力，能獨立進行廣告成效檢視。
- 廣告素材策劃經驗，提高點繫率與轉換率。
- 具相關工作經驗3年以上，其中金融、保險業數位行銷經歷1年以上者尤佳。
