## Job description

### 職位目的

負責高資產客群及恆富客群之經營策略規劃與執行，透過客群分析、品牌行銷推廣及專屬客戶活動經營，擴大高價值客戶基盤、提升客戶資產規模與往來深度，並強化富邦私銀品牌價值及市場競爭力，達成財富管理業務成長目標。

### 品牌行銷與客戶活動管理
- 規劃及執行私銀品牌推廣與高資產客戶專屬活動，提升客戶黏著度及品牌價值。

### 高資產客群經營與開發
- 負責私銀及恆富客群經營策略推動、潛力客戶開發與客群成長管理。

### 客群策略分析與專案推動
- 負責客群分析、分群經營策略、家庭會員制度及跨部門專案管理，提升客群經營效益。
- 具財富管理、私人銀行、客群經營、行銷企劃相關工作經驗2年以上。
- 熟悉銀行財富管理商品及高資產客戶經營模式，具客群分析及專案推動能力。
- 具企劃撰寫、活動規劃及數據分析能力，能獨立完成經營分析與管理報表。
- 有客戶經營服務經驗、良好溝通協調能力，能跨單位推動專案執行佳。
- 對媒體合作、公關活動、論壇峰會或VIP客戶活動規劃執行經驗或興趣者更佳。
