- 理賠系統創新服務專案規劃、有同業理賠作業規劃經驗、資訊系統發展尤佳。
- 理賠數位專案發展及核心系統維護。
- 理賠作業流程需求規劃、需求提報與測試計劃擬定。
- 系統上線後之訓練文件製作與教育訓練等工作。"
- 具學習及工作熱誠、良好溝通能力。
- 具潛力與企圖心、職涯目標希望擔任管理職者。
- 取得「人壽保險管理學會」之理賠人員證照者。
- 三年以上相關壽險業理賠工作經驗者尤佳。
- 具邏輯思考、分析歸納能力。
- 熟OFFICE操作。
- 具人身/財產保險員資格及壽險相關證照者佳。
- 取得「人壽保險管理學會」之理賠人員證照者。"
