## Job description
- 辦理員工勞保、健保、勞工退休金及團體保險等相關作業，包含加退保、投保薪資調整、給付申請、帳務核對與異常處理，確保作業正確性及法令遵循。
- 執行年度保險及福利相關專案。
- 其他主管交辦事項。
- 具3年以上薪酬、保險及福利相關作業經驗。
- 熟悉勞動及稅務相關法令。
- 細心、同理心、具良好溝通能力及抗壓力。
- 熟悉 Excel（樞紐分析、函數應用尤佳）。
