## Job description

職務目的 協助法人業務處推動年度預算編列、部門費用控管及績效管理等營運管理作業，並支援處內營運相關行政事務與主管交辦事項；透過制度化資料彙整、分析與跨部門溝通，確保管理資訊正確、即時，並支援主管決策與營運效率提升。 工作內容
- 年度預算編列、預算調整與部門費用控管作業，並進行預算執行差異分析。
- 費用預算動支申請審核、流程控管及相關制度執行。
- 績效管理資料彙整、分析及例行性管理報表製作。
- 參與法人業務相關專案，負責專案資料彙整、進度追蹤，並協助跨部門溝通與協作。
- 與財會、資訊、業務單位及相關支援單位進行溝通協調。
- 處內營運相關行政事務支援及主管交辦事項。 具預算／績效／營運分析相關經驗尤佳。
