## Job description

### 職位目的

負責線上投資、保險業務之數據分析(包含業績動能追蹤、客群輪廓/產品往來分析等)、行銷溝通名單產出，協助行銷經營產品經理執行數位客群經營，提升本行數位投保往來收益。

### 重要職責/工作內容

1.透過SQL、Tableau等工具，分析數位行為及經營績效，提供行銷名單及場景應用。 2.與PM協作進行客戶分群分析、執行行銷溝通及成效追蹤。
- 須能獨立進行數位分析工作，具經營分析工作經驗者佳。
- 具備資料整理系統化及報表製作能力，須熟悉SQL語法，擅用Tableau等視覺化分析工具尤佳。
- 邏輯清晰、表達能力佳，具備良好的問題分析能力及跨部門溝通協作能力。
- 熟悉銀行產品，如投資、保險、存匯等商品尤佳。
