## Job description
- 辦理董事會務相關作業(包括但不限於:規劃董事會及功能性委員會年度工作計畫/召開董事會及功能性委員會相關事宜/執行董事及功能性委員會之績效評估作業/辦理董事年度進修訓練課程/董事與其秘書溝通聯繫工作等)；
- 協助提供董事執行業務所需資源(如提供資料/彙整文件與意見等)；
- 辦理與協助公司治理相關作業(包括但不限於:協助辦理治理評鑑項目、年度計劃與進度追蹤、ESG相關資料蒐集與彙整等)；
- 協助辦理子公司督導業務；
- 協助部門內相關專案之規劃與執行；
- 完成主管交辦其他事項(包括但不限於內控2、3道防線之相關作業，如法令遵循/稽核/風險控管/反洗錢/資訊安全等部門相關作業)。 1.五年以上金融業經驗，具金控/銀行或壽險業董事會運作經歷者尤佳。 2.
