Known for its client-first culture, rigorous risk management, and collaborative approach, Fiduciary Trust International combines deep expertise with the global resources of Franklin Templeton to deliver tailored, long-term financial outcomes. ### Overview The Digital Senior Project Manager – HNW is responsible for leading large-scale, strategic digital projects and product-roadmap initiatives supporting the High Net Worth Wealth Management and Trust business. The role owns project outcomes from planning through implementation and post-release evaluation, serving as a key escalation point for delivery risks, decisions, stakeholder alignment, and execution issues. The Senior Project Manager operates independently, exercises significant judgment, and provides guidance to project leads and junior team members. The position combines advanced project management expertise with a strong understanding of Wealth Management, Trust operations, digital transformation, Agile delivery, and client or stakeholder needs. How You Will Add Value? ### Strategic Planning and Roadmap Delivery You will define project plans, milestones, resources, and timelines. You will lead strategic digital initiatives and transformation programs. You will align roadmap delivery with business objectives. You will convert strategy into executable plans. You will manage project escalations and key decisions. You will improve project delivery methods and governance. ### Team & Collaboration You will lead cross-functional teams toward shared outcomes. You will assess team capacity and resource needs. You will manage dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges. You will mentor project managers and delivery teams. You will promote accountability and collaboration. You will support governance and audit compliance. ### Core Responsibilities You will manage release readiness and implementation activities. You will coordinate business and technology stakeholders. You will track delivery progress and risks. You will maintain governance and reporting standards. You will communicate project status to senior leaders. You will facilitate stakeholder alignment and decisions. You will identify and resolve operational challenges. ### Post-Implementation and Continuous Improvement You will evaluate release outcomes and project success. You will define and track success metrics. You will create post-launch improvement roadmaps. You will lead lessons-learned reviews. You will improve delivery processes and governance. What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role? ### Experience, Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. 5–10 years of project management experience. Experience leading complex digital initiatives. Experience managing cross-functional teams. Project Management Professional certification. Disciplined Agile Delivery certification. Scaled Agile Framework certification. ### Technical Skills Project planning and execution. Risk and dependency management. Resource and capacity planning. Agile delivery methodologies. Jira or similar project-tracking tools. Release and implementation management. Digital product roadmap management. ### Soft Skills Strong leadership and decision-making.
