Eighteen are FOX Network affiliates, and together the stations produce approximately 1,300 hours of local news every week. FOX LOCAL, the company's free ad-supported digital and streaming product, extends that news, weather and local content across connected TV & mobile devices. LiveNOW from FOX expands the FTS portfolio even further as the only national streaming services to be truly live 24/7, covering breaking news and events as they happen. ### JOB DESCRIPTION Traffic Coordinator (Regular Full-Time) KDFW – FOX 4 Dallas-Fort Worth | Dallas, TX Are you a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where accuracy is everything? Leveraging the scale and resources of Fox Corporation and Fox Television Stations, KDFW delivers best-in-class advertising solutions across broadcast and digital platforms, designed to help our advertising partners achieve measurable results. The KDFW Traffic Department has an amazing opportunity for a Traffic Coordinator to play a critical role in the scheduling of both spot and paid programming commercial copy, working closely with advertising agencies and FOX Sales teams to help ensure every commercial airs as planned. Why Join Us? ### Collaborative Environment Work in a fast-paced culture where teamwork and ideas are valued. ### Learn & Grow Build hands-on experience in broadcast traffic, copy coordination, and television scheduling within a large, multi-platform media organization. ### Make an Impact Play a critical role in the accurate execution of commercial schedules that drive revenue for FOX 4 and our advertising partners. ### Job Summary Copy Scheduling Support: Assist in the gathering and organization of materials needed to schedule copy for both spot buys and paid program schedules. ### Commercial Scheduling Ensure the accurate scheduling of commercial copy across all scheduled programming. ### Agency & Sales Communication Communicate daily with advertising agencies and FOX Sales teams to coordinate commercial scheduling and resolve issues. ### Inbox Management Monitor the shared email box and respond promptly to time-sensitive requests. ### Log Management Work displaced spots on logs in assigned dayparts as part of daily duties. ### Accuracy & Prioritization Maintain exceptional accuracy while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ### Additional Duties Support other Traffic Department and station initiatives and perform additional projects as assigned. ### What We're Looking For Experience: 1+ year of office, administrative, or coordination experience. ### Organization Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail. ### Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, professional approach. ### Multitasking Ability to multitask, prioritize competing deadlines, and perform effectively under pressure. ### Technical Skills Proficiency with standard business software, including email, internet applications, and Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools. ### Teamwork Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. ### Preferred Experience Experience in television scheduling, broadcast traffic, copy coordination, or a related media operations role is a plus. ### Education Bachelor's degree in Communications, Broadcasting, Business, or a related field preferred. ### Benefits Comprehensive Package: Excellent health benefits, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and 401(k) with company match. Additional Details FOX 4 KDFW is a 24/7 media operation; flexibility to work varied hours as needed is required. Based in Dallas, TX at our KDFW station, supporting FOX 4 commercial scheduling and traffic operations.
