## Job description
- 根据内部买方部门需求，结合研究所具体行业覆盖情况，组织协调路演、策略会、定制报告等；
- 协同其他部门为其他非买方部门提供研究支持，包括配置大赛评委、报告会演讲嘉宾等；
- 对接分支机构需求包括定制报告、客户调研、路演等；
- 其他领导安排的其他工作。

### 学历要求
- 原则上要求硕士及以上学历；有资深工作经验可适当放宽学历要求；

### 专业要求
- 经济、金融、管理等相关专业；

### 工作经验
- 有机构销售相关从业经验者优先；

### 能力要求
- 符合公司文化价值观相关要求，沟通表达能力强，逻辑分析能力强，抗压能力强；

### 任职资格
- 证券从业资格；其他专业资格。
