## Job description
- 组织、管理项目组高质、高效、合规执行项目，或具体高质、高效、合规执行项目；
- 负责或具体执行项目全过程的风险判断和质量控制，包括与项目有关的各种文件的制作及质量保证；
- 负责或具体执行项目进度管理，及时汇报项目进度和发现的问题；
- 负责或参与协调与项目有关的各种关系，与客户建立长远的良好关系；
- 负责或参与项目开发，积极开拓和维护客户网络，不断开拓新业务；
- 完成总经理交办的其它工作。

### 教育背景
- 会计、法律、金融等相关专业硕士（含）以上学历；

### 工作经验
- 3年及以上债券承做经验（企业债、公司债）；

### 工作技能
- 熟练掌握Word、Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件；

### 资质证书
- 证券执业资格；

### 其他条件
- （1）具有良好的文案编写能力；（2）具有较强的工作责任心和敬业精神，良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力。
