In this individual contributor role, you will manage escalations from the field, understand the details of the customer’s new feature requirements and issues, and track projects until a solution is delivered. As a Project Manager, you will: Have previous experience in project management, technical support, software development or QA Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related technical discipline Have prior experience in handling complex customer escalations and working closely with sales and support engineers Possess knowledge of TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, switches, VPN, IPS, Antivirus, Web Filtering, Antispam, etc. Demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding to field requests, with good judgement on case severity and business impact Exhibit strong communication skills (written and verbal) and professionalism Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$166,000. Wage ranges are based on various factors, including the labour market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. All roles are eligible to participate in the Fortinet equity program. Bonus eligibility is reviewed at the time of hire and annually at the Company’s discretion.
