## Job description

Ford Motor Company of Canada, Limited is a national manufacturer and distributor of automobiles and automotive service parts headquartered in Oakville, Ontario and is an integral part of the international Ford Motor Company organization. Candidates must be available May to August 2027 and be returning to school in the Fall.

### Work Location

Oakville Work Model: Hybrid, 4 days in office per week

## Responsibilities

What you'll do...

The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
- Support the planning, creative development, and execution of the Summer Sales Campaign
- Assist in promoting and executing the Ford Certified Pre-Owned program
- Support completion of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements for the Marketing and Dealer Claims departments
- Analyze competitive incentive programs, including in-depth research into offers targeting priority shopper segments (e.g., geographic markets, conquest shoppers, recent graduates)
- Evaluate existing and historical Ford incentive programs to assess effectiveness — including sales impact, return on investment, and advertising performance — and provide data-driven recommendations for future program enhancements
- Identify and pursue opportunities to enhance processes and analytics through the application of AI tools

## Qualifications

### Basic Qualifications

Undergraduate or Graduate Business degree (B.Comm, BBA, or MBA) in progress. Even better you'll have... Demonstrated communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Ability to deliver assignments with a value-add mind-set. Automotive work and previous work experience considered an asset. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). For Undergraduate students, the expected hourly pay range for this position is $22.25 - $30.12 For Graduate students, the expected hourly pay range for this position is $31.72 - $34.89.
