[Apply on Ford Motor’s careers site →](https://efds.fa.em5.oraclecloud.com/hcmUI/CandidateExperience/en/sites/CX_1/job/73321) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Ford Motor](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/ford-motor/) / Lead Process Coach, Prod Paint ## Job description The incumbent will apply engineering principles to optimize and improve manufacturing processes and products, drive quality, cost, and productivity improvements, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and support new product and process development through cross-functional collaboration ## Responsibilities Maintain workplace discipline and follow standardized processes as specified in Operation Instruction Sheet (OIS), Work Element Sheet (WES) and Work Balance Board (WBB) procedures. Ensure compliance with the Ford Production System (eFPS). Achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, Maintenance and Environment (SQDCPME) KPI targets while demonstrating Ford Leadership Behaviors. Identify throughput constraints and drive improvements that address root causes. Understand all issues and plan appropriate fixes and Permanent Corrective Action (PCA). Apply knowledge of constraint management principles. Deliver capable processes and tools for paint shop operations. Participate in the PIC Room, Variability Reduction Team (VRT), Ford Customer Product Audit (FCPA) and Zone Control Centre (ZCC) activities as required. Foster Continuous Improvement and motivate employees. Enforce company safety regulations, departmental housekeeping requirements and environmental standards to maintain a healthy, safe workplace, including adherence to ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and TS 16949 procedures. Manage absenteeism, employee versatility, and staffing assignments within the area of responsibility. ## Qualifications National Diploma/Degree in Engineering Field (Mechanical or Electrical) with Trade certificate as an added advantage. Leadership Qualities and Strong Self Discipline.
