Provide superior and competency-based services in data management that includes dashboard operation and data analytics. Services need to be fully user centric supported by continuous process improvements. Processes by Shared Business Center should aim for the highest level of digitalization as possible. All activities must be in line with FoE strategy/growth plan and audit compliant. ### Key tasks Process development and automatization Reporting Workflow development Data Modelling Dashboard development Data migration Detailed task functions and responsibilities: Maintain Dashboard dataflow from different sources Maintain and develop dashboards, including managing data flow from various sources and creating templates for imports. Collect and prepare data, and develop ad-hoc queries, reports, charts, and graphs from a central database. Automate report generation processes. Provide automated data flow support and digital transformation assistance Manage system access permissions. Support volume tracking and program evaluation, focusing on standardized processes and dashboard utilization.
