Are you ready to coordinate VM process across departments to drive Ford’s aftersales success across Europe? As a key partner to the FCSD-E (Ford Customer Service Division - Europe) Central Marketing team, you will translate national commercial incentive proposals into strategic growth and optimized profitability. If you are passionate about being at the heart of decision-making and collaborating across international markets, this position is for you! ### Drive tactical program approval process Coordinate and streamline the end-to-end approval process for European Variable Marketing (VM) proposals, ensuring business momentum is maintained. ### Be the Bridge Between Management and Operations Partner closely with Finance and Supply Chain Management to validate funding and evaluate profitability prior to Management’s approval. ### Shape European Strategy Act as a contact for the European Trading Terms (TT) framework, leading discussions for selected markets alongside Regional Business Units. ### Empower Teams Provide training, maintain templates and offer ongoing operational support to all parties submitting VM to ensure execution excellence. ### Ensure Performance Perform financial cross-checks of test program assumptions questioning operational input to ensure desired return on investment (ROI). ### Leverage Smart Systems Utilize internal reporting databases and parts-pricing systems (such as IBIS and GPPT) to conduct ad-hoc checks on sales volumes. ### Integrity of Our Processes Maintain full compliance with internal control frameworks while thriving for simplification in processes and templates. ## Qualifications ### Requirements for the position Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders at different levels of the organization. ### Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyze commercial proposals, evaluate financial assumptions, and translate business challenges into structured, profitable solutions. ### Growth Mindset Willing to continuously improve skills, learn internal databases (like IBIS, SOR and GPPT), and explore modern process optimization tools, including opportunities in AI. ### Work Ethic Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently while thriving in a collaborative, agile environment What you’ll love about us: Being part of a fully supportive, collaborative, and dynamic team Hybrid working model with 4 days a week on-site Continuous challenges and great opportunities contributing to your professional development and next career step at one of the largest automotive companies in the world Shuttle bus service between local train station (Békásmegyer) and the office Cafeteria – Benefits package As you will join a car sales company you can use your discount for used car purchase and you can have the chance to try even the most recent models during test driving days Please note that we currently run background checks as part of our recruitment process pending a successful interview. ### Location Szentendre Getting curious about this opportunity?
