Direct prototype and pre-production builds, testing, troubleshooting, and failure analysis. Assess design maturity and communicate verified performance, assumptions, limitations, and residual risks before shipment. Support supplier qualification, manufacturing transfer, customer discussions, and field investigations.

Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership without direct management authority. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent practical experience. Typically 12+ years of hardware product-development experience. Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary development programs. Strong knowledge of mechanical, thermal-fluid, system-integration, and product-qualification principles.
