Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Engineer - IT located in Sriperumbudur What a typical day looks like: Responsible for supporting the MES application development, implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of new application and reporting solutions. Works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and IT teams to automate shop floor processes, improve system efficiency, and ensure uninterrupted production support. System Development & Implementation Develop, build, test, and deploy applications. Create and execute test plans. Technical Solution Design Analyze business requirements and design technical solutions. Prepare design proposals with cost and timeline considerations. Process & System Improvement Recommend improvements for development and maintenance. Support system upgrades and optimizations. Documentation & Compliance Prepare and maintain system documentation. Ensure compliance with IT standards. Stakeholder Coordination Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Train users during implementation. Implementation & Support Support deployment and troubleshooting. Ensure smooth system rollout in production The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Typically requires bachelor’s degree and have around 5 + years of relevant experience.
