If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ### Job Summary Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, Axiom, with the spin planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support Axiom, a company focused on critical digital infrastructure and delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Warehouse Manager located in Prai or Batu Kawan, Penang. ### What a typical day looks like Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols. Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system. Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Monitors volume of business and defines appropriate work schedule. Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met. Monitors condition and maintenance of operating / material handling equipment. Constantly monitors the efficient handling of shipments and receipts to create an error free culture. Reviews the loading and unloading schedules to maximize efficiencies and reduce expenses. Coordinate floor cycle counts, physical inventory, and reconciling records. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and extensive knowledge of purchasing policies and practices. Master’s degree preferred. Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
