Job Summary Zur Unterstützung unserer außergewöhnlichen Teams, die großartige Produkte entwickeln und zu unserem Wachstum beitragen, suchen wir einen Produktionsleiter (a) für Hägglingen. Als Teil des Führungsteams berichtest du in der Rolle des Produktionsleiter (a) an den Head of Operations und verantwortest die Leitung von ~ 50 Mitarbeitenden im 3 bzw. 4 Schichtbetrieb. ### So sieht ein typischer Tag aus Führung und Weiterentwicklung eines „best in the industry“ Teams (Lean Management, shop floor, daily meetings); Koordination mit Planung, Quality, Automation und Toolshop; Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Gesetzen, Normen und internen Vorgaben (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, RBA, FDA Registered); Weiterentwicklung von kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen (KVP); Verantwortung für das Budget und die Ressourcenplanung im Bereich Operations. ### Dein Profil Wir suchen Menschen mit Visionen, Erfahrung im Operations, Umsetzungskraft und die es lieben mit ihrem Team neue Wege zu bestreiten und das bevorstehende Wachstum zu antizipieren. DNA und Herz im Operations; Idealerweise eine Grundausbildung mit Kunststoff-, Spritzguss- und Automatisierungsbezug, eine höhere technische Ausbildung (FH oder vergleichbar), idealerweise mit Ingenieur-Hintergrund, Maschinenbau oder Prozess Engineering (Verfahrenstechnik) oder auch MBA, EMBA; Mehrjährige Industrie- und Führungserfahrung, idealerweise im Präzisionspritzgiessen, Hochautomatisation und ISO 13485; Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil; Interesse an neuen Technologien (KI, Smart Factory..); Unternehmerisches Denken, hohe Führungsqualität und Kommunikationsstärke; Was macht die flex Schweiz so einzigartig?
