### Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a/an Tooling Program HOD located in Zhuhai. Reporting to the Design Project Director, the Tooling Program HOD role involves… What a typical day looks like: 业务管理： 与市场部保持紧密合作，鼓励并指派项目人员早期介入（Early Supply Involvement ）并配合市场部提供赢得客户项目的必要资源及模具技术支持，为公司赢得更多的模具项目订单的机会。 作为项目管理与执行与客户对接的第一窗口。 在项目授标阶段分配模具项目给团队进行执行与交付。监督项目范围评审会议，对于项目经理整理总结的授标 项目范围、进度、里程碑及必要交付物进行审查并提供行动意见并推进实施。

带领项目经理，主导并监督客户项目澄清谈判，对于授标项目的范围、进度及质量目标与客户进行磋商， 并按公司既定的策略目标在谈判中争取到更有利于项目执行的条件及资源。 识别并分析授标范围中可能存在的技术要求偏差，指导项目经理对于不一致范围向客户提出“工程 变更”或“费用增补”的需求并，通过与客户达成一致的“增补订单”提高组件项目利润及收益。 对模具项目执行的财务损益表全面负责。从项目初始化阶段，审查预算与成本，监督预算及成本的动态变化。管理并控制项目成本应急储备，对于突发情况产生的额外成本发起申请并监督指导使用，以确保模具项目满足成本及利润的预期。 组织项目经理对于交付节点进行预测，监督各里程碑节点完成情况，以确保承诺的“项目销售目标” 如期发生。审查提交FOL 销售预测数据的完整性与真实性。 通过监控项目组件的交付及收尾情况，定期参与收款部门对于AR 的状态评审，制定对应的收款措 施，协助货款回收。将应收账款超期率控制在目标范围内（PD6 day＜5%）。

全面负责管理客户季度反馈调查意见。从交付、进度、质量、项目灵活性、沟通等多个维度向客户 搜集意见。分析关键客户的反馈意见，主导客户意见沟通与跟进，并向相关方发起纠偏，以确保长期 维持客户对于我公司项目执行团队的满意度（Viewpoint Survey ＞= 8.5 Score）。 管理项目问题升级流程中的客户投诉，第一时间对于客户提出的意见进行分析判断，并按照项目制定升级流程沟通程序实施汇报和沟通。确保在可控的资源范围内，及时响应并解决客户问题。 对项目销售对应的交付物、交付时间负责。定期组织项目经理开展项目状体及对应的销售时间节点评估。对已经纳入月度、季度和年度的项目对应销售时间点进行全面监控，项目销售风险预判、干预及规避，并与运营、财务及管理层保持定期沟通以确保模具订单如期完成交付，实现销售承诺 部门管理 带领模具项目部对精密注塑模具项目集定义阶段、交付阶段及收尾阶段的全生命周期管理工作。按 项目集生命周期各阶段的管理目标，分配组件项目给项目经理进行执行与交付。

依据客户行业标准及需求，制定模具设计及项目执行标准。建立项目集、组件项目的标准化输入与输出。带领团队制定项目工具。 作为PMO 的角色，组织项目、设计团队定期进行项目经验教训总结，创建有利于项目执行和交付 的程序文件、管理工具，以达到在工作合规的前提下，高效开展项目工作的目的。 部门岗位KPI 目标设定与评估，根据团队成员的绩效表现，定期进行阶段性沟通并纠偏。 团队胜任力模型建立与更新，指导并鼓励团队成长。 The experience we’re looking to add to our team: 本科及以上学历，注塑模具设计、机械制造及工商管理专业 至少10 年及以上注塑模具相关制造、项目管理管理经验 精通并熟练运用项目管理工具对模具中心的项目集生命周期进行管理。 掌握模具结构、制造工艺、开发流程的要素并能够熟练运用这些技能在项目团队管理工作中。 熟悉模具产品/ 结构图及对应工程规范 良好的数据洞察力，理解和分析能力。

能够熟练运用Excel 电子制表完成模具成本数据透视，相关历史数据回归分析，指导并输出模具项目管理结果所需的数据明细。 流利英语，能够进行日常工作沟通（邮件+ 会议）。英语听说能力需要具备在电话会议中与海外客户，同事及其他相关方独立进行项目管理沟通的能力。 良好的客户沟通、谈判技巧; 成本导向、项目结果导向思维;强执行力及项目跟踪能力; 具备良好的项目管理技能和风险预判能力 合作精神，跨部门协调能力，面临挑战时能够起到表率作用去带领并鼓励团队 The experience we’re prefer: 有大型外资企业项目团队管理经验 NPD/NPI 完整导入流程的项目经验 PMP/PgMP 认证优先 长期从事注塑模具项目执行与交付工作的经验 What you’ll receive for the great work you provide: Full range of medical benefits, dental, vision Life Insurance PTO Job Category Operations Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
