Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Senior Manager - Process located in Sriperumbudur. ### What a typical day looks like Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems. Establish and improve process capabilities. Develop and maintain process documentation. Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations. Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured. Improve throughput in constrained areas. Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and manage cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas. Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured. Coordinate initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas. Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce. The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Demonstrates mastery of functional knowledge in relation to other functions and a complete understanding of the function and those of related businesses. Impacts the long-term (annual) direction and financial or operational success of the function and/or site. Approves and/or creates functional processes or technologies. Establishes and ensures effective achievement of functional strategic plans and objectives for the site. May have P&L responsibility for the function. Develops plans for structuring and implementing major initiatives.
